M SLURRY PUMP SERIES

M Heavy duty horizontal slurry pumps. High efficiency transfer of abrasive and high density slurries with extended wear life and reliable service intervals. M pumps feature a rugged cast iron construction with replaceable wear liners available in 27% chrome white iron, rubber or urethane to suit a wide range of applications, slurry types and consistencies. M Horizontal Slurry Pumps are 100% fully interchangeable with the most common slurry pump design in the mining industry.

• Bearing assembly- large diameter shaft with short overhang contributes to long bearing life.
• Liners – easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued to the casing for positive maintenance.
• Casing – casing halves of cast or ductile iron provide high operating pressure capabilities.
• Impeller – front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination.
• Throat bush – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered.

Pump feature

1.Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner and can be removed completely;

2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive wet parts made of high-chrome alloys;
3. The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
4. Various drive types: DC(direct connection), V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD, SCR control, etc;
5. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal;
